Things to do at the beach for couples this summer
1. Identify Footprints
It’s amazing the foot prints that you find on the beach. Take a photo of each print then see if you can find them online and identify what animal they belong to.
Or you can make up stories about the animal that they belong to.
2. Collect Driftwood
This can be a fun activity if you are looking for something to do together and also want to bring home a souvenir from your trip.
Driftwood has been worn away by sand and waves over time and depending on where it came from it could tell some amazing stories about nature’s power.
You can find all sorts of shapes and sizes of driftwood, so take your time in finding the perfect piece. They work very well as decor around your home or office space when they are sanded down and oiled up with stain or varnish.

3. Look for Shapes in the Clouds
This is a great way to relax and spend some time together enjoying nature. Spend some time trying to spot different animals, objects or even people in the clouds. See who can find the most interesting shapes and make up stories about them.
4. Send a Message in a Bottle
If you have never done this before, it is definitely worth giving it a try! All you need is to find a nice bottle with a tight fitting lid, some paper and pens.
Write your message on the paper, put it in the bottle and seal it up.
This could be something as simple as your names and the date or you could get creative with it! If you are feeling really adventurous you could include a treasure map leading to buried treasure (or just write out where the treasure is hidden).
The recipient of your bottled message will have no idea where it came from which only adds to the mystery and fun of it all!

- 1/2 cup sand
- 1/2 cup fractionated coconut oil
- 1 tsp Vitamin E oil
- 20 drops lavender essential oil
Grab a handful of the scrub, and gently rub into the skin in a circular motion for 1 minute.

9. Give Each Other a Massage
